With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kelly has the accumulated knowledge and perspective to help keep you and your financial future on a steady course. Kelly understands the dynamics of wealth and investment planning, how to balance the complex forces at work and how to adapt intelligently as conditions change.

Kelly endeavors to create long-term, meaningful relationships with a select group of clients and provide them with personalized financial planning advice using the industry’s most comprehensive resources. Her investment process considers your investing experience, your expectations for returns, your tolerance for risk along with any important family dynamics to ultimately create an optimal investment portfolio aligned with your goals and values. As, a Certified Financial Planner® professional, Kelly offers comprehensive wealth management services including, but not limited to, estate planning, risk management, investment policy statement creation, retirement planning, and investment management for individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Kelly began her career as a financial advisor in 1998, moved into a Financial Economist role for the State of Florida and has previously spent eleven years with Truist as the Director of Manager Research. Today, Kelly works with Hobie Whitmore, Managing Partner, Towne Wealth Management and Financial Advisor, RJFS, providing financial and estate planning through Raymond James.

Kelly recently moved with her family from Atlanta, GA, back to her hometown of Virginia Beach, VA. Kelly has been a Junior Achievement* teacher and volunteer for 23 years with a passion for financial education. Away from the office, Kelly enjoys family time with a focus on sporting events and outdoor activities.
