Heather provides valuable support and plays a key role in servicing the clients of Andy Rivenbark. She fosters close relationships with the families and individuals we serve, helping ensure that they receive a high level of attention and support.
Empathetic and detail-oriented, her goal is to always make working with us easy and effortless. She also manages a wide range of administrative matters, from account maintenance and service requests.
Before joining our team in 2018, Heather was a TowneBank employee and a small business owner. Heather is originally from Champagne, Illinois,and now lives in Portsmouth, Virginia. When not in the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities. She is a regular volunteer with United Way and The Salvation Army*.
