Heather plays a key role in ensuring our Charlotte office runs efficiently and provides valuable support for the clients of Doug Bray and Austin Harris. Personable and detail-oriented, she strives to ensure a timely and thorough response to each service request and is committed to providing an exceptional client experience while helping our advisors do the best job possible.

Before joining our team in October 2023, Heather was an Investment Communication Analyst with a global investment manager. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Washington and Lee University. Heather lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and in her free time she enjoys running, snow skiing, golf and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines.
