A native of Binghampton, New York, Tom earned his degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and holds numerous securities licenses, including 7, 8, 9, 10, 63, 65, and 66, along with Life & Health licenses. He resides in Williamsburg with his wife, Carolee. Outside of work, Tom enjoys hitting the tennis court, playing golf, and spending quality time with his wife and children.
