Melissa plays a key role in ensuring our Charlotte office runs efficiently and provides valuable support for the clients of Doug Bray and Austin Harris. Personable and detail-oriented, she strives to ensure a timely and thorough response to each service request and is committed to providing an exceptional client experience while helping our advisors do the best job possible.

Before joining our team in July 2022, Melissa was a Registered Client Service Associate at Stifel, Nicolaus and Company Incorporated.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Melissa lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and in her free time she enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
